Audience Definition

Life is not linear. The beautiful chaos and mess we navigate each day must be considered when defining a target audience. We affectionately call this “untangling your audience.”
We look at demographics, psychographics, media habits, and device usage, and examine them through the lens of the customer’s journey:
- What’s the trigger for their need?
- How do they get inspired or influenced?
- How do they engage and research (search engines, AI, social, etc.)?
- What are their media consumption behaviors?
- How many times do they need to see or engage with a message before converting?
This process generates findings that will impact and inform how we craft media strategies and tactical recommendations.
