After 12 years in an advertising agency working on national brand accounts, I was ready for a new challenge. I started Lewis Media Partners to develop trusting relationships with companies seeking media expertise. I take great pride in helping businesses grow and love using media as a tool to help them problem-solve. That’s why you’ll often hear me say, “I think I can help you!”

Striking up spontaneous conversation with new people, gardening, reading, biking, and hiking across Virginia, the US, and other countries. My biggest challenge is taking my tennis game to the next level. I enjoy all sports because in many ways, the skills and discipline you learn as an athlete and team player easily translate into running a successful business.

I started in accounting at a young age, working in my father’s CPA firm during summer breaks throughout high school and college. While raising my children, I held several part-time bookkeeping jobs and then returned to work as the accountant for a large construction company. Once I retired, I missed working with people and luckily landed at Lewis Media.

Developing partnerships with people from all over the country that enable me to stand up at the end of the day and know I did the best I could. I’m a big fan of small-town life with my husband, four-legged babies, and the infectious hope and laughter of my granddaughter.

On a wing and a prayer! I started in a spare room in Aurelia’s house, doing bookkeeping a few hours a week for a young company with three employees. I’ve been happily behind the scenes ever since.

Helping people and animals that need a hand. If money were no object, I’d build an animal sanctuary for cats, dogs, and horses that need extra love.

I research inventory and negotiate as if it’s my own money; I don’t settle until I’ve got the best option and value for the investment. My entire career has been spent in corporate marketing, advertising, and communications. For nearly a decade, I served as director of marketing for a fortune 66 healthcare company, leading tremendous growth through acquisitions and new facility developments. I’ve overseen multiple company growth initiatives, implemented new processes, and led a team of marketing professionals across the US.

The fight against blood cancers is very near and dear to my heart. I am devoted to creating awareness, raising funds, and sharing my personal story of how cancer impacted my family. I relish time with my husband and two sons, and a cozy spot at home or in a coffee shop with a good book.

You need help dispelling the intimidation factor around SEO with a little education on the topic. I also love working alongside our team addressing challenges and validating pivots when necessary.

While my mom gets credit for introducing me to media, college hooked my interest in marketing. Landing at Lewis Media has deepened my knowledge of traditional media.

Seeing our clients in print or on a billboard and finding new ways to help them achieve their goals—such as supplementing traditional billboards with mobile and transit opportunities. I’m a fierce competitor on the golf course, constantly aiming to best my last game or opponent.

You need a warm welcome at Lewis Media. I’m the official greeter and a calming influence throughout the workday. I’ve been known to put together the pawfect media plan in a pinch.

Anne Aurelia, my mom, rescued me from a shelter in Burlington, North Carolina, and brought me home to Richmond with her after college. My wistful look and tranquility—and a little help from Aunt Liza—convinced my grandma Aurelia to try me out as the CDO. I nailed the gig.

I enjoy piecing together different data sources, distilling the “so what” of available data and marrying other sources of information, and helping clients see stories they may not have noticed before.

After graduating from college, I landed in a great job for six years. Wanting to venture out and expose myself to the data challenges of a new industry, with a longtime interest in media strategy, I was lucky to become the first data storyteller at LMP.

My parents immigrated from Korea and worked a lot of odds and ends jobs before opening their own business. They instilled a strong work ethic and belief that anything worth doing is worth doing well. I love travel and good food, always looking for the next spot locally or abroad. I still think about the mango bingsoo in Seoul, the katsu gyoza in Tokyo, and the doners in Budapest.

A successful digital marketing plan is never one-and-done. Constant revisions and updates are required as the internet and digital world are ever expanding.

I immediately continued my education in Michigan with a master’s in applied data science. While studying, I worked as a data scientist for both a small digital agency and a large, multinational restaurant chain. And I fulfilled a wish of always wanting to be a professor through teaching community college courses in business intelligence.

Being a conscientious, dependable member of the team—three months into the job, I took on the display lead role for one of our largest clients. I’m into Zumba, working out, and trying new things like golf.
