The Account Lead plays a critical role in media planning for clients and is an integral part of the overall team in bringing plans to fruition and driving execution for the growth and retention of our clients. As a dynamic leader, the Account Lead helps to build, manage, and evolve the company to meet internal growth goals and grow success for our clients.

  • Guide clients’ day-to-day business
  • Work closely with internal team of channel owners
  • Direct team and client meetings
  • Develop and enhance process
  • Maintain financials
  • Onboard new clients
  • Build and retain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Help interpret and communicate media and business data
  • Well versed on media and industry trends
  • Co-develop campaign strategy
  • Create full media plans and manage plans through campaign execution
  • Define campaign KPI’s and metrics
  • A storyteller to share target audience and industry research
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of account management experience with a solid understanding of media planning and buying
  • Thorough knowledge of the development of media strategy
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, verbal and presentation
  • Highly skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Thorough knowledge of media research tools for the development of targetaudience profiles and behaviors
  • Ability to create detailed media briefs and accurately and quickly share client input/feedback on campaigns and campaign performance to internal team
  • Development of POV’s
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Knowledge of media tools (ad serving, research) and procedures (media and inter-department)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities, especially able to work with tight deadlines and on multiple clients and projects
  • Ability to work independently, without daily oversight
  • Understanding of reach, frequency, frequency management, ROI and latency
