Project Manager
Lewis Media Partners is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. The project manager is responsible for scheduling and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. This position is an integral part of the company’s framework and success. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork, collaboration and multitasking.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- General understanding of Project Management role inside a marketing firm or agency
- Work in lock step with Account Manager to ensure internal team is in the communication loop
- Possess a thorough understanding of the project scope and time required to complete various tasks, adhere to deadlines associated with implementing media plans
- Develop, schedule, and manage project timelines
- Create, maintain, and communicate creative spec requirements to internal team, creative partners, and clients; organize specs calls with creative team
- Schedule and facilitate Client Status Calls and maintain Client Status Documents
- Manage, solve for, and communicate any changes to plans
- Facilitate creative trafficking process from plan inception to end
- Monitor progress and keep internal team, clients & creative partners informed through entire course of project
- Assist in creating both internal and client-facing presentations

- Ability to build strong and dependable relationships with internal team members, clients, and third-party partners
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace
- Project Management experience in Marketing Company or Marketing Agency
- Beneficial, but not required:
- Technology savvy/technical expertise
- Understanding of both traditional and digital media
- Understanding of creative assets, terms, and delivery methods
