Aurelia Lewis

Beth Saunders

From media buyer at Finnegan & Agee to media planner at The Martin Agency to associate media director for S&K Famous Brands, Beth has a solid media background that includes supervising teams, creating training programs, and coordinating public relations and media planning initiatives to create integrated campaigns. At Martin she was a member of a planning team that for four consecutive years received gold and silver Effie Awards, a highly regarded national award given for media campaigns that achieve the greatest advertising effectiveness. Beth also served as an adjunct instructor in Basic Media Analysis at the Virginia Commonwealth University Adcenter.

Jackie Niblock

Jackie leads LMP Interactive, bringing a diverse and integrated background to her role as online strategist. Prior to joining LMP, Jackie led digital customer acquisition efforts for CircuitCity.com, a top 20 eCommerce site. During her tenure, she helped drive a 200% increase in the site's unique visitor base, placing over $200 million in interactive media that drove over $1 billion in web site sales. Prior to digital media, Jackie worked in media planning and creative production for TV & radio advertising. An avid online shopper (when she shops), Jackie likes to listen to radio online. She also spends quality time in front of the TV, watching soccer, HBO and Showtime. Her favorite magazine is "Travel and Leisure".

Christi Barbour

With over 12 years in the media business, Christi has negotiated and placed radio and television in the top 20 U.S. markets as well as many mid-sized and small markets. A graduate of VCU, Christi majored in Mass Communications, specializing in Advertising, and joined The Martin Agency as broadcast buying assistant. During her career at Martin, Christi was promoted to Buyer, Senior Buyer and eventually Account Supervisor on GEICO, on which she was responsible for market analysis, cost projections, sponsorship opportunities, spending recaps and marketing evaluations as well as overseeing buyers on the account. Christi was also a key strategist on UPS Sports Marketing campaigns, negotiating and placing sponsorships with major NFL, NBA and MLB properties.

Christi is one of those rare people who actually confess to reading People Magazine. TV is the best way to reach her, although she often TIVO's her prime time shows. When not catching up on Grey's Anatomy, she's cruising online entertainment and news sites.

Carrie Watko

Carrie is a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's in Marketing. After graduation, Carrie worked at the Richmond Times-Dispatch as an Account Executive in Retail Advertising where she managed approximately 55 clients, ranging from small retail business owners to the state's largest urban college, VCU.

Nancy Moore

Nancy began her media career with Circuit City as a broadcast media buyer before making the switch to online, exclusively, in 2004. As a Senior Analyst for CircuitCity.com, Nancy managed digital channels driving over $120 million in online sales, and spearheaded analytic & bidding procedures for comparison shopping sites, making her mark as an industry leader. Nancy's online experience is vast, covering affiliate marketing, paid search and display advertising. She has served on eCommerce conversion committees, dedicated to building strategies and web site enhancements to improve conversion and bottom line sales. Nancy is online analyst for LMP Interactive.

Lisa Quisenberry

Lisa began her career at Finnegan & Agee as a broadcast buyer for Thalhimers, Moore's Lumber and McDonald's. She enjoyed the fast-paced environment of retail and left F&A in 1991 to join the growing media department at Circuit City. Lisa's responsibilities there included managing media budgets that totaled $40 million both nationally and in 150+ local markets. As Circuit City felt the economic crunch beginning in late 2007, Lisa rallied for her company and single-handedly saved the company $3 million in media spending through tough and sound negotiations.

Denise Goff (Media Buyer)

Denise Goff has been in the media buying industry for 27 years. A mass communications graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Denise has worked in a variety of advertising firms throughout her career allowing her to work on accounts in healthcare to heavy equipment. She began her planning and buying expertise on accounts such as TORO Lawn Mowers (consumer and commercial), Toyostove Heaters,Ducane Gas Grills, Wake Medical Center, Caterpillar, Kings Dominion, and Heilig Meyers Furniture. Denise was at Lawler Ballard when the Virginia Lottery named their first agency of record and she worked on the introduction of the first scratch games in Virginia. She also spent some time at Circuit City where she was a broadcast buyer for a number of top 25 markets. After leaving Circuit City, Denise went to The Martin Agency as a Senior Broadcast Buyer and during that time she was responsible for purchasing Network schedules for Wrangler Jeans and PING Golf Clubs as well as maintaining a list of top 25 markets for Wrangler, GEICO, and Bank One. After The Martin Agency, she worked for WF of R where she primarily worked on consumer accounts such as Chatham (Icy Hot, Goldbond, etc), Just for Men, and Eye Care Centers of America. Denise joined Lewis Media Partners in April of 2010.

Denise's current buying responsibilities at Lewis Media Partners include negotiating and placing print, radio, cable, and television in Virginia markets for the Virginia State Lottery. Other Clients she has worked with include JFK Presidential Library, Alltell, Project Exile, Richmond Forum, Luray Caverns, Wrangler, Hoover, Foster Grant, McCain Foods, Moon Pie, Baskin Robbins, and Nature Sweet.

Denise Bird

With more than 15 years of event marketing, promotions and communications experience as owner of Bird Marketing, Denise understands events, promotions and creative communication from the inside out. Her clients have included some of Virginia's largest companies and non-profit organizations, including the Virginia Farm Bureau, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, Culture Works, Children's Museum of Richmond, Richmond Symphony and more. Denise has also helped concept, create and execute some of the region's largest events, including the Richmond Folk Festival and the Virginia Food & Wine Festival. Prior to owning Bird Marketing Denise served as the marketing director for two local television stations - WRIC TV-8 and Fox Richmond. From concept to fulfillment, Denise understands how to develop event and communications strategies that break through the clutter and offer clients measurable results.
